Cancellation Policy

General Principle

Payments are final once an account has been activated, AI credits or tokens have been used, content has been generated, human support has been delivered, or assisted onboarding has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a confirmed billing error occurred.

Digital Services and AI Outputs

AI credits, tokens, resume analyses, recommendations, reports, cover letters, recruiter messages, job-search outputs, and other generated content are considered delivered once generated or made available. Used credits cannot be returned, reactivated, or converted to cash.

Assisted Plans

Guided Job Search and Hire Me Abroad are considered started when you complete onboarding, receive a profile review, schedule a session, receive curated recommendations, receive support by chat or ticket, or when our team begins manual work on your profile. Once started, assisted services are final except where required by law or where a confirmed billing error occurred.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are discounted in exchange for advance payment and commitment to the full period. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not create a prorated credit for unused months after activation. The annual Hire Me Abroad plan includes a special 50% discount compared with the monthly total and is treated as a prepaid annual commitment.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal from your account or by contacting support@globalexpath.com. Cancellation does not remove charges already incurred or services already delivered. If you cancel, access usually remains until the end of the paid period unless your account is suspended for breach, fraud, abuse, improper chargeback, or prohibited use.
