2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, using the platform, or receiving assisted services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Service Description
GlobalExpath provides AI-powered job-search tools, resume/profile analysis, professional content generation, application tracking, and, depending on the selected plan, human-guided career support, interview preparation, and job-search strategy.
4. Plans and Scope
- AI Job Search: self-service AI tools, resume insights, application tracking, and technical support.
- Guided Job Search: AI tools plus human-guided local or national job-search support, onboarding, profile review, curated opportunities where applicable, and interview preparation within plan limits.
- Hire Me Abroad: premium support for remote, international, relocation-friendly, or abroad-oriented opportunities, including international strategy, CV/LinkedIn support, recruiter messaging review, and priority interview preparation within plan limits.
5. No Employment Guarantee
GlobalExpath does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer responses, job offers, salary increases, visa sponsorship, work permits, relocation, immigration approval, or any hiring outcome. We provide tools, guidance, profile support, job-search assistance, and interview preparation designed to improve your search process.
6. No Legal, Immigration, Tax, or Financial Advice
Information about international roles, relocation, sponsorship, or abroad-friendly opportunities is general career information only. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying all legal, immigration, employment, and tax requirements with qualified professionals.
7. User Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information about your experience, education, skills, work authorization, languages, availability, and preferences. GlobalExpath is not responsible for results affected by false, incomplete, or outdated information.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Plans may be billed monthly or annually in USD unless another currency is displayed. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel future renewal. Annual discounts are offered in exchange for advance payment and commitment to the full subscription period.
9. AI Credits and Fair Use
The platform may use credits, token limits, fair-use rules, or internal usage controls. AI-generated outputs are recommendations and may contain errors. You must review all resumes, cover letters, messages, recommendations, and job information before sending them to employers or third parties.
10. Assisted Services
Guided Job Search and Hire Me Abroad include human involvement within the scope, availability, working hours, and limits of the selected plan. GlobalExpath may assign team members, use internal tools, prioritize requests by plan level, and define reasonable response times.
11. Employer and Third-Party Decisions
GlobalExpath does not control employers, recruiters, job boards, hiring managers, or third-party platforms. Job listings may change, close, contain errors, or include conditions not independently verified by GlobalExpath.
12. Authorization for Support
When you request help with your profile, CV, LinkedIn, applications, messages, or interviews, you authorize GlobalExpath to process the information needed to provide that service. If direct applications on your behalf are ever offered, they require separate and express authorization.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not use GlobalExpath for fraud, forged credentials, spam, unauthorized scraping, harassment, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, platform abuse, or any activity that harms GlobalExpath, its users, or third parties.
14. Intellectual Property
The GlobalExpath platform, brand, design, software, processes, materials, and content belong to GlobalitMode Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription.
15. User Content
You retain rights to your CV, profile, documents, and uploaded information. You grant GlobalExpath a limited license to use that content to provide the service, generate outputs, deliver support, improve security, and operate the platform according to our Privacy Policy.
16. Suspension or Termination
GlobalExpath may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms, fraud, abuse, improper chargebacks, excessive or harmful usage, security risks, or unlawful activity. Refunds may be refused in those cases except where required by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalExpath is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, lost income, employer decisions, third-party failures, AI errors, or job-search outcomes not achieved. Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months before the claim.
18. Changes to the Service
GlobalExpath may modify features, prices, plans, credits, usage limits, providers, policies, and availability. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and will apply according to applicable law and the relevant subscription cycle.
19. Governing Law and Contact
